SHIPPING POLICY

All items will be shipped according to priority. However please allow for 1 week to design your unit and 10 business days for transit time. Orders are processed off of Eastern Standard Time. Once your order has been received a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number to track your items.

EXCHANGE POLICY

All products units, lashes, and/or bundles must be returned within 7 calendar days at customers’ expense with all tags attached. Under Federal law, you cannot return human hair products or lashes that have been used, worn, colored, removed from the weft, or altered in any way from its original condition. At MoniCove we adhere to the highest hygiene standards and abide by all mandated Federal law guidance. We take health precautions very seriously. Please return all items in its original packaging and condition. After returned, products receive a full review to verify the original condition of products. Once verified an item of equal or greater value can be exchanged. Customers will have to pay the difference in price if the item is of greater value. All exchange and replacement policies are NULL and VOID for any product alterations.
